Overview
Twenty Pho Hour OKC is an Asian-fusion restaurant in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, known for its unique 2D interior design motif that creates an out-of-this-world dining experience.
As the marketing manager, I developed various promotional materials that highlight the restaurant's exciting artistic atmosphere and amazing food, helping to attract and engage customers.
Strategy
Following the success of its flagship location in Orlando, Florida, Twenty Pho Hour set out to expand into the Oklahoma City market. The challenge was to resonate with a new local audience while preserving the brand’s signature fun and energetic vibe.
By working with the original brand designer, I helped adapt the visual identity and customer experience to connect with the brand's target audience - OKC’s young professionals and modern families. The goal was to maintain brand consistency while introducing localized elements that reflect the spirit of this community.
The result is a seamless extension of the Twenty Pho Hour brand, visually aligned with the original, yet infused with unique touches.
Marketing
To build momentum ahead of launch, Twenty Pho Hour OKC focused heavily on social media marketing. I led multiple campaign initiatives across platforms and collaborated with local influencers and media outlets to amplify our reach. 
By leveraging user-generated content and targeted, lead-generating ads, we successfully built hype and engaged a strong audience before the official opening. That momentum has continued post grand opening, driving sustained interest and community engagement.
Design
To enhance the in-store experience and reinforce the brand’s playful identity, I developed a range of print materials and packaging tailored for the Oklahoma City location. Menus, signage, takeout packaging, and promotional inserts were designed to reflect the bold, vibrant personality.
These materials not only maintained consistency with the original Orlando branding but also introduced unique design elements to OKC. The result is a dining experience that extends beyond food, immersing guests in a brand world that’s fun, fresh, and Instagram-worthy
